SMARTBett M2 – the space-saving wall bed for every living situation
The SMARTBett M2 is a modern wall bed that combines functionality, comfort and space-saving design in one piece of furniture. Ideal for small flats, guest rooms, home offices or multi-purpose rooms, this bed is easy to open and close while offering maximum stability and safety. Thanks to the integrated shelf elements and ledges, books, decorations or personal items can be stored perfectly.
Slatted base
The SMARTBett M2 comes as standard with a fixed slatted base. Three click straps provide additional stability and even weight distribution. The slatted base ensures a comfortable sleeping area and supports the mattress optimally so you can sleep restfully.
Upholstered bed frame or metal brackets
Optionally, the SMARTBett M2 can be ordered with an elegant upholstered bed frame that surrounds the bed, mattress and slatted base and looks attractive when open. Alternatively, the standard metal brackets are available. Please choose one of the two options to achieve the comfort and look you want.
Gas pressure springs
The high-quality gas pressure springs allow the front to be opened and closed easily and quietly. The front is lowered in a controlled manner, so it comes down gently without any effort. This system increases safety in daily use and makes operation considerably easier.
Feet
The sturdy metal feet simply fold over when the bed is opened and support up to 400 kg. Height-adjustable feet and an adjustable carcass compensate for uneven floors so that the bed stands stable and secure. This guarantees a long service life and flexible use even on slightly uneven floors.
Front & carcass
The front and carcass are made of 16–22 mm thick chipboard with a high-quality melamine coating that is scratch- and heat-resistant. The materials ensure long durability, easy-care surfaces and a modern design that blends harmoniously into any home.
Built-in shelf elements
- 100x200 cm: one shelf element and a ledge for smaller items.
- 140x200 cm & 160x200 cm: two shelf elements and a ledge for books, decorations or personal items.
Mattress information
- Recommended mattress height: max. 22 cm
- For extra storage when closed, consider choosing a thinner mattress
- Maximum mattress weight: 15–35 kg
- Interior depth (slatted base → back panel): 24 cm
Condition on delivery
The SMARTBett M2 is delivered disassembled in its original packaging. Detailed step-by-step assembly instructions make self-assembly easy. Delivery is to the kerbside. Decoration not included.
