Returns info
Would you like to return an item? As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Here's how the return works:
1. Notify us of your withdrawal
Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods by email to info@loftandlys.com – ideally with your order number and the item concerned. You can use the model withdrawal form for this.
2. Receive return instructions
We will then send you the correct return address and all the steps. Please do not send the goods back without being asked to.
3. Pack securely
Please protect the items well against transport damage – ideally in the original packaging and complete. That way the goods reach us undamaged.
4. Return shipping costs
For delivery addresses within Germany, the return is free of charge for you: we arrange the collection or cover the freight costs. For deliveries to other countries, you bear the cost of the return. The goods must be undamaged. Should the goods be returned damaged, we will only charge for the loss in value after a careful inspection with a report.
5. Refund
Once we have received the return or proof of dispatch, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via your original payment method.
