The SMARTBett M3 Vertical combines stylish, modern design with well-thought-out functionality and high-quality workmanship. With a choice of sleeping areas of 140x200 cm, 160x200 cm or 180x200 cm, it is the ideal solution for small flats, studies or multi-purpose living spaces. The wall bed opens and closes in seconds, so you can make the most of your living space. Integrated shelf elements and storage provide extra space for books, decoration or everyday items, while the high-quality slatted base and gas pressure springs ensure maximum sleeping comfort.
Optionally, the M3 can be extended with a practical folding desk that serves as a stable workspace and works perfectly with opening and closing the bed. This makes the SMARTBett M3 Vertical not just a comfortable bed but also a flexible furnishing element that intelligently combines living comfort, storage and modern design.
Optional wall bed and desk solution
With the optional desk extension, the SMARTBett M3 Vertical becomes an especially versatile living solution. When closed, you have a stable, generous workspace – ideal for working from home, studying or creative activities. In the evening, the bed opens in a few simple movements. The desk doesn't fold away but moves down in parallel as the bed is lowered. This means laptops, books or other work materials can simply stay on the desktop during the process.
Desk dimensions: width 79.5 cm, height 76 cm, depth 104 cm, leg length 64 cm (height-adjustable by up to 1 cm), desktop 22 mm thick.
Safety & load capacity: the desk version is additionally fitted with a child safety lock. Two safety buttons prevent the front from opening unintentionally while it is being used as a workspace. The sturdy desktop supports up to 30 kg, making it ideal for laptops, books and other items.
Integrated shelf elements – clever storage
The wall bed carcass contains three generous shelf elements that provide practical storage for books, decor or everyday items. This lets you make the most of the space and combine sleeping comfort with extra storage.
Comfortable slatted base & secure fixing
The bed is equipped with a high-quality slatted base that is fixed in the carcass. Three click straps keep the bedding securely in place. In addition, 8 brackets are included to hold the mattress in place. Optionally, the bed can be extended with an upholstered frame that surrounds the slatted base and mattress and gives the open wall bed an elegant, upholstered look.
Easy opening with gas pressure springs
Thanks to the innovative gas pressure springs, the wall bed opens and closes almost effortlessly. The front moves smoothly and silently, so hardly any effort is required.
Sturdy, adjustable feet
The metal feet fold out in a few simple movements when opening. They provide a maximum load capacity of up to 400 kg. Unevenness in the floor can easily be compensated for via the height-adjustable feet and the adjustable carcass.
High-quality materials – durable and easy to care for
The front and carcass are made of 16–22 mm thick chipboard with a hard-wearing melamine coating. This makes the bed resistant to scratches and high temperatures, so it looks like new for a long time. The black metal handle underlines the modern design.

Upholstered bed frame – available as an option
Optionally, the SMARTBett M3 can be ordered with an elegant upholstered bed frame that surrounds the bed, mattress and slatted base and looks attractive when open. Alternatively, the standard metal brackets are available. Please choose one of the two options to achieve the comfort and look you want.
